Corked bottle at Langley Farmers’ Market, 7.3% ABV
Deep blond color. Deep aroma. Very dry, fairly acidic, with elegant apple notes.

Bottle thanks to AmEricanbrew. Pours with a really pale golden color with no head but signs of carbonation. Aromas are dry with pear, sulfur, light vinegar and florals. Flavor is quite sweet (for a dry cider), sulfur, caramel, dry apples and florals. Medium bubbles. Ends up finishing on the dry side.
