Pale and haze, with a thin head. On the nose, this is lightly spicy, with some thicker plasticy phenols just sort of running underneath. Light fruity note - the hops lend a touch of orangeyness but are generally quite mellow and restrained. Really, this is too sweet for my taste, and that's a function of using fresh hops in insufficient quantity.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond colour, no head retention. Delicate aroma, Saison yeast and light pear. Light body, but Fairly seeet, possibly the reason why the fruitiness is quite evident too; mild Saison yeast character.
Very pleasant.
