This beer was brewed to celebrate our fifth year as a beer farm! It is a sour wheat ale brewed with a blend of Lactobacillus, Brettanomyces, and German Ale yeast w/ pomegranate puree added midway through fermentation. Pinkish in colour and very cloudy, this beer is tart, delicious and refreshing for those end of summer days!

Draught at the brewery. Pale pink-purple colour. No head bit I do like that colour. Mild tartness, sort of yoghurty. Quite yeasty. The nar is mellow, tartish and lending only a little sweetness. I could stand for a more assertive nar character, honestly.
