Drawing inspiration from a lesser-known German style, we first brewed a Dortmunder with the winner of our 2024 Pro-Am. Smooth with slightly more strength than other pale lagers, this beer balances malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness with finesse.

Pale, gold, effervescent. Thin head, the nose is appley so not to style. It’s okay, medium body, some gloppy malt like they really are far from nailing this.
