Poured from 500mL bottle. Black with no head. Chocolate and woody bourbon nose with marshmallow background. Taste adds underlying coconut and vanilla. Enjoyable.

500mL bottle, pours black with a tiny head. Nose is full of decadent marshmallows, coffee, a touch of coconut, and light barrels. Flavour is ridiculously rich and complex, with intense marshmallow, complex bourbon barrels, a touch of coffee to accentuate, and light coconut. Such decadent bourbon-soaked marshmallow. Damn you, Great Notion – clearly you can do amazing beers like this when you’re not brewing egregious hazies and smoothies.

500mL bottle. Pours black with no head. Malty chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and bourbon barrels on the nose. Flavour has a ridiculous amount of toasted marshmallow, chocolatey malts, and bourbon barrels. Rich and intense, comes together really well.

Dark brown, no head. Lots of vanilla, light chocolate, refined blanton’s and lots of sugar. Good coconut character as well. Sweet, thick and rich as expected. So much fucking marshmallow.
