Mosaic, Citra, and Eclipse
An ode to the classic American IPA, with a new age twist. A touch of traditional pine & resinous hop flavor is balanced with tropical & citrus hop aromas to send this IPA on a high-flying adventure.

On tap at Single Hill - Seattle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some allium, melon, mandarin orange, and citrusy hops. Flavour has bitter citrusy hops, some mandarin, and lots of bitter pine. Lots of mandarin on the finish, but thr beer doesn’t come together—lacking depth and malt base. It’s okay.

Pale amber, thin head. Grassy, oniony, the malts are kind of thin, medium bitterness. It’s okay, I need more from the malt to bring this together.
