Bottle (many humble thanks to MoritzF for this rare sample !): Deep golden coloured, stable fluffy white head; sweet (burnt-) malt, honey and cooked vegetables in the aroma; sweet and light bitter flavour, medium bodied; mild sweet-bitter finish with a light metallic touch in the finish. No glory........

(33cl bottle) According to the info given by the brewery this one is currently on a test-launch. Clear, golden colour with a stable foamy white medium head, leaving nice lace work. Sweet malty, honeyish and fruity (apricot) aroma with a shy grassy hoppy background. Sweet flavour, soft, but pronounced malty taste with honey and a subtle fruity note of apricots; medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel; sweet malty, light-bitter finish with a tinge of metallic hops. A bit on the sweet side, not perfectly rounded Bock, which has some qualities to be quite likeable.
