Brewed in collaboration with Eel & Bear. This IPA is a big and bold IPA with Moutere hot and cold side for a soft but solid bitterness, along with Simcoe and Azacca as big late and dry hop additions for an intense aroma of stone fruit and pineapple. We've used a wild Belgian yeast strain (Sacc-trois) for a dry and subtly tart finish, to complement the full body given by a high oat and wheat content. All profits from this tasty beverage go directly to East Sussex Wildlife Rescue and Ambulance Service

CBJ Bottleshare. Thanks to Dan the man for the can. Near clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Slightly grainy pale malts, a decent creamy sweetness. Light slightly ripe citrus. Marmalade. Light pine. Decent. West Coast style.
