Featuring freshly harvested and kilned Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops from Segal Hop Ranch in Yakima, Selection Fresh Hop IPA is everything we are looking for in a fall beer. Loaded with bold citrus, pine aroma and flavor, and balanced by a toasty caramel malt character, it hits just right for this time of year in the Hudson Valley.

Draught @ The Hoptimist, Manhattan NYC (Jan 2025). Reddish brown with large spongy beige head, caramel malt aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter caramel malt taste, citrusy flavor with faint melon, thin body, long finish. Nice flavor profile.

16 oz can from Half Time, 12/9/24. Pours a mostly clear darker orange-amber color with a big, foamy, off-white head. Strong lace. Big pine aroma, with some citrus zest. The taste is the same, but some melon notes join the pine and citrus on the hop side, with a caramel / toffee malty backbone. Very flavorful, balanced, and smooth. Fun beer. 8/4/8/4/17
