Di un bel colore ambrato carico, annusatela e sarete traspostati dai luppoli neozelandesi in viaggio tra banchi di frutta matura, frutta tropicale ed erbe. In bocca Questa Pale Ale biologica è molto leggera, con sentori di resina di pino e un amaro molto pronunciato dal retrogusto erbaceo, che lascia felicemente appagati.

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza. Légèrement ambrée, col blanc cassé. Arôme est principalement centré sur les grains, pointe fruité modérée avec une petite touche verte. Palais garde ce profil de houblon nouveau-zélandais, fruité modéré sur note d’agrumes et un tropical rappelant la goyave. Possible Motueka? ou Riwaka? pour ce côté plus sec et noble zélandais. Malté pâle-cara modéré sur un léger pilsner.

Draught @ GEIB, Grande Esposizione Italiane della Birra 2012, Nuova Fiera di Roma, via Portuense 1645, Rome, Italy 00100.Clear medium orange to yellow colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, citrus. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, hop bitter, thin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20121215]
