(bottle, 33cl, vintage 2012) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Fruity and flowery aroma with notes of citrus and a tinge of ginger spice. Moderately bitter flavour, medium bodied with a tame carbonation. Initially pale malty with a strange mixture of perfumed flowery and rude spicy notes; bitter-tart and slightly sweet finish with a touch of honey. 31.VIII.13

22/11/12 - 33cl bottle from Willems (Grobbendonk) @ cooking class - BB: not indicated (2012-1299)
Clear blond to light orange beer, small aery white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nasty, sourish, vomit, mildew, rotting stuff. What's up with this? MF: soft to no carbon, medium body. Taste: surprisingly ok, considering the terrible odours, bit sweet, malty, white candi sugar, little sourish, slight hop bitterness, but something is off here. Aftertaste: pretty sweet, maybe honey, bitter, spicy and grassy ending. Not sure if infected or just bad...
