Cask (gravity) @ The 18th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2012, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium brown amber colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark malt, sweet malt, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malt extract, thin, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120504]

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, woode and mildly floral with some sweet maltyness. Flavour is fruits, toffee, caramel, mild herbs and some mild wooden notes.

Cask at the Old manor (JDW), Bracknell. reddish chestnut in colour with a tight cream head; fruity, blackcurrant,a roma; sweet and smooth with a blackcurranty flavour, although somewhat watery; then a light bitterness before a sweet biscuity malt finish. Very pleasant.
