A West Coast Style Pale Ale shouldn't be hard to find. The Shaka brings a touch of caramel and big notes of orange, pink grapefruit, and pine.

Can to shaker pint glass. Eh, urhm, uhhhhh, okay, well, all I'm going to say is "it is what it is" - shakes my head but here goes with what I could fathom about this beer:

Appearance: murky orange to amber color with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated quickly, no lace
Aroma: deep piney hops run over some clean biscuity malts
Flavor: bittersweet and fully blended through the prior mentioned aromas; meager aftertaste of pine and malts
Texture: light to medium bodied, keen sessionability, finishes malty smooth with some pine
Overall: seems fairly old school and a decent beer to possibly have again if offered

*Wish I had a becher pint glass, ehhh, but not 100% sure how well that would help this beer.

Pine and plenty of malty backbone. Pours slightly hazy orange with pretty good pillow of head. Bitter ass finish. Can.

16 oz can from John, 11/12/23. Mostly clear orange color, thin off white head. Lighter aroma of pine, grapefruit, and bread. Caramel and earthy notes. Slightly thin. A little dry. Malty finish. Okay overall.
