Cask at the Stockbridge tap. Pours clear golden, nose is herbal, cheesy, peach, taste is dry, mango, bitter finish.

On cask at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden with a neat lacy head. Nose - floral, plant stalks and some lemon. Taste - more lemon, plant stalks and resin. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - balanced if unexciting.

Cask (gravity) @ The 18th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2012, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium orange colour with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light toasted, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Golden oclour, mall white head. Aroma is floral grassy, fruity and a bit leathery notes. Some slight earthyness too. Flavour is fruits, caramel, earth, floral and mild eggyness.
