Mittelstarker hopfiger Antrunk, intensiver werdend. Dabei ist der Hopfen nicht übermäßig intensiv, leicht holzig. Rund, unspektakulär. 12/9/9/9/13/9

Bottle at the Pre-Christmas CBC - Clerkenwell Tasting, London. Pours hazy gold with a fine, white cream head. Sweet citrus aroma, some melon, orange and anise. Medium sweet flavor with light pine, toasty grass, orange, light caramel. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, with more dry pine, anise and orange. Nice.

Bottle at home, thanks to Alex. Very hoppy nose, lots of citrus, especially grapefruit, and grass. Very dry and lean as well, with slight bready malts but they are very clean. Cloudy dark gold to light brown with a low head. Looks kinda mean, appetizing but not pretty. Dry hoppy flavor. Honey and biscuit malts remain in the background to hops with zest grapefruit and earthy flavors. Dry, very bitter finish. Good, though maybe not completely integrated. Hops stand out, but almost stand alone. Anyhow, it is clean and refreshing and good.

Bottle courtesy of Alex420 - grazie! Group tasting with RB crew and staff at Birreria Paradiso in Georgetown, thanks for volunteering! Most people liked the bright banana and cirus aroma, some noted overly ripe fruit, and one commented that the alcohol was definitely present. Everyone enjoyed the sharp, clean taste, one person found it very bitter.

Bottle at pre Xmas tasting, thanks to Steve/Beers I’ve Known - 21/12/12. Hazed mid amber with a thin off white head that clears to the edge and leaves a small film. Nose is hops, pine, pale malt, sweet sugars, summer fuits. Taste follows, touch more hops, vanilla, light grass. Medium bodied with soft carbonation leading to a bitter sweet finish. Decent.

Bottle courtesy of rlgk. Pours hazy deep golden with a small offwhite head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sweet and hippy with grapefruit juice, green peas, buttery wood, pine needles, lemon zest, raw green vegetables and lemon grass. Taste is timy sweet and bitter with grapefruit juice, orange zest, apricots, unripe mango, crackers, white bread, pine needles, lemon grass and lemony soap. Mouthfeel is round, tiny astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with grapefruit rinds, orange zest, crackers, pine needles, dried apricots and tangerines.

33cl Bottle thanks to the man himself, cheers Alex! Hazy golden amber colour, white head. Aroma of lots of pungent hops, blue cheese, pine, resin, grapefruit, lemon, funky stuff, weed. Flavour is light sweet, crisp, very hoppy, grapefruit, a touch cheesy, light crispy malt base, firm hoppy pine, grapefruit and resinous bitter finish. Light-bodied. Nice, except for the cheese.

Bottle from Birratrovo, Como
Cloudy deep blond color; small head. The aroma is a mix of fruity hop and feety yeast, appreciated. Lean body, the mouthfeel is very dry; nice lean malt flavor, with citrusy hops, some lemony resins, some orange peel; very strong bitterness, leading to a long final.
Interesting hop bomb.

330ml bottle, thanks 50belair!

BBE 08/2014 - Pours yellowish orange with a bubbly foamy head. Aroma of fruity hops, grass, pine, citrus, lemon and caramely malts, hints of vegetables. Massively hoppy and fruity taste with notes of grass, citrus, pine and grainy caramel malts. Finish is bitter and quite dry with a lot of fruity hoppiness and slight biscuity notes. Tasty, hoppy and fruity IPA, just the way I like it. Awesome beer, easily one of the best European West Coast Style IPAs I’ve tasted.

PS. You just gotta love the oldskool NES style label on the bottle.
