Cask (handpump) @ The 18th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2011, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, apple, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, apple, malty, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120502]

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Amber colour, not much head. ARoma is fruits, mild wood with some slight vanilla and honeylike notes. Flavour is fruity, caramelly, wooden and mild herbal notes.
