New England DIPA - collaboration with Ziemia Obiecana Brewery.
A juicy Double IPA with a malt base composed of barley malt, wheat malt, and oat flakes. This beer showcases a full spectrum of hop products.
For the whirlpool, Citra in its Incognito form was used. During dry hopping, classic Citra was paired with concentrated Lupomax pellets. For the Krush hop variety, both the classic T90 pellet form and a new market innovation – Hyperboost hop extract – were utilized.
This composition delivers an intensely hoppy character with restrained bitterness. The hopping process was carried out using a Hopnik device from Rolec.

Can. Hazy yellow orange color with meidum whit ehead. Aroma of tropical fruits with mango, passion fruits, oranges, zest. Taste is tropical fruity hoppy with mango, passion fruits, oranges, zest. Medium hoppy bitterness in finish.

440ml can. Hazy, orange golden colour with some tiny chunks floating around, average to huge, thick, dense, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head on top. Jelly-like, citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty and slightly wheaty malty background, notes of lemon, mandarine, orange, mandarine jelly, a touch of marmalade, minimalyl zesty aspects. Taste is mildly bitter, zesty, citrusy fruity hoppy, oaty and minimally wheaty malty basis, notes of lemon, some orange, mandarine, kumquat, orange peel.
Slightly creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, very dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, homogeneous, citrusy, fairly refreshing but without the kick to produce actual excitement - solid.

Puszka 44cl (BB 20.06.2025). Słodkie tropiki w aromacie, przyjemna cytrusowa citra w smaku choć goryczka niską, niemniej całkiem smaczne, alko dobrze schowany, ogólnie na plus.
