Can at home in Hackney - big thanks to Bruce! Pours clear yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Great aroma, with crisp pale malts, biscuits, hay, lemon peel, a little piss, grapefruit. Light sweet flavour with further supportive pale bread and biscuits, some nice tropical notes, mild bitter grass, rind and pine needles. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp finish with subtle tropical fruit impressions, more pithy grapefruit, a little cat pee, further biscuits, grass. Excellent beer. Nuanced and highly drinkable.
