Tap at stags head very light yellow cloudy pour. Nose is Brett and lemon. Tastes grassy, doughy, lemon, hint of minerals. Very light bodied as style should be. Pretty good hadn’t a transmitter in awhile.

Bottle at the brewery. Pours gold with a frothy, white topping. Lovely nose, decent flavor. Notes of spritzy citrus fruits, some ripe lemon, flaked wheat, hints of dough. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Mild corn and cereal in the finish, some sugary wheat, minimal bitterness. Tasty.

From the brewery: Pours really pale with a bubbly head. Aroma is light grain and some yeast. Taste is very light. Body is very, very bubbly. The beer is really more memorable for its body than taste. It kind of tastes like mineral water. Could have used some work. I look forward to future grisettes.
