At a tasting, smallish sparkling head, clear pale yellow color, aroma of dried apples, sulphur and a hint of apple vinegar, , apple fruity flavor, medium sourness and sweetness, spritzy carbonation. Not to exciting but still pleasant and quite easy to drink.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks tomer. Clear pale golden. Aroma of apples, sulphur. Sweetish-sourish flavor, a bit weak, with apples, sulphur, and an alcoholic note. Slightly sticky mouthfeel.
