At a tasting, new year 2015 edition 15%, Many many thanks David, very little head, very cloudy lightish brown color with some red hues, aroma of candy and vanila with hints of dried fruits, dark fruits and grains, cakey malty flavor with some rubber and dates, quite a lot of alcohol which burns a little. Interesting but a little over the top.

Draught at Dancing Camel Florentin. Very dark amber, rather opaque, with a nice creamy head and a good lacing. Pleasant sweet malty aroma, caramelly, fruity, candy-ish, with some honey. Sweet flavor with malt, caramel, fruits, honey, candy-ish note, cookie hints and a slightly bitter and alcoholic finish. Nice big chewy mouthfeel, slick and a bit oily. A bit more hops and bitterness would’ve been nice, but still a good beer with a very impressive drinkability for 12% ABV.
