Golden in colour, juicy citrus hop aromatics on the nose from lashings of Lemon Drop & Bavaria Mandarina hops, used late in the boil as dry hop. A large amount of wheat in the Grist delivers a dry & silky mouthfeel. We have kept the bitterness low to make a real thirst slaker of a beer.

Keg at the brewery taproom, Melton Mobray. Very light gold and clear with a slightly scummy bit of white head on top. Lemon balm, tangerine peel and hay combine with grassy and floral notes. Divinely sweet taste with lemon drops coming through along with caster sugar. Light body aided by the tight carbonation. Yum.
