Keg at All Hail Ale, Bournemouth. I believe this is their Quorum Dubbel (q.v.) which has been aged. Mid-brown, cloudy with very little head. Pickled onion, soy, vinegar on the aroma. Intenaely spur with stone fruit skin bite, and heavy balsamic vinegar in the finish. Mildly carbonated. Masterful.
