Süßlicher, karamellig hopfiger Antrunk. Geringe Bitterkeit, dadurch sehr süffig. Die Süße stört dabei nicht sondern bleibt auf angenehmem Level, später etwas brotig, vollmundig. 11/10/11/9//10

Draught @ Michelstädter Rathausbräu, Mauerstrasse 1-3, Michelstadt, Hesse, Germany 64720.Light unclear light to medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, perfume. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, grassy, dry, caramel, flowers. Relativ weak aromo but a very good and balanced flavor. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121001]
