Our 4th release for the Pro Season Specials 2019 range........ Stelvio!!! a Salted Caramel Ice Cream Pale @ 5.3% abv. Named after the mountainous legendary Stelvio Pass, our Stelvio is brewed with Barley, Wheat, Dextrin and Lactose, fermented with the juicy Vermont yeast strain and then we've infused it with Madagascan Vanilla pods and sweet salted caramel.

Keg at the West End Brewery, Fixed Wheel Tap Takeover. Light to mid-gold with a small uneven white head. Brilliant aroma: I'm getting vanilla ice cream, hints of melon and possibly banana. Sweet, gloriously sweet taste with a luscious craminess mid-sip. Short finish with a touch of astringency in the finish. Heavy carbonation. This works wonderfully.
