On tap at Ply, Manchester. Almost the colour of rosé wine with a bit of white head. Light malts of white chocolate combine with an idd strawberry scent. Sweet taste with some fruit notes, followed by a bitter acidity in the finish. Like too many white stout, this has an artificial plastic burn in the aftertaste. Weird and interesting but unfortunately doesn't hit the mark for me.
