Gravity cask at the 2019 Leicester Beer Festival. Chocolate brown, muddy, flat. Soy sauce and spolied meats in the aroma. Tastes of beef OXO cubes and balsamic vinegar. I like sour beers, but this doesn't work on any level. And why sour a Scotch ale? Or is it just off?
