Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 5.5
Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Brownish gold, hazy with a large tight off-white head. Doesn't smell of much, just a bit of malt and some TCP. Sweetish and quite astringent taste, with some overripe mango and tomatillo notes leading to the sweeter finish. Odd but not impossibly bad. Although I wouldn't order it again...
