A naturally hazy brute of a Double IPA! Mosaic plays the starring role in this liquid play, with Citra in support. So expect huge juicy flavours of tropical & citrus fruits over the top of some sticky resinous notes. All backed up with a moderate, yet pronounced bitterness on the finish, to keep the hops in check!

Gravity cask at the 2018 Winter Beer Festival, Knighton and Clarendon Park Conservative Club. Murky dark olive gold and flat. Naked booze and intense hop aroma. Taste is too strong, too intense and messy. I get a lot of booze and a lot of astringent hop oil but little else. Flat oily body with a massive alcohol burn going down (it's only 8.2% so quite an achievement). Pentrich do lovely APAs and the like but this doesn't gel with me.
