Handpull cask at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Light brown and clear with a small beige/tan head and a lot of lacing. Big malty smell: nutty, biscuits with notes of fudge and toffee. Taste is sweet at first but there's an intransient bitterness nearer to the finish. The flowery bittering hop and sweet malt create a lovely balance in the aftertaste. This is a really decent brew.
