Soft tangerine aroma, dried grass, spicy notes reminiscent of the, a touch of pine. Sweet taste, light spicy and herbal notes leading to light bitterness in the finish. Carbonation is way too heavy. It's a decent saison where the Sorachi Ace doesn't dominate the profile. Not so much floating in Ace as buoyed up by it.
