Cask at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Dark brown, almost opaque with a loose khaki head. Resplendent aroma of hazelnut with notes of cooking chocolate and espresso beans. Sweet taste with a vegetal characte, followed by a slightly astringent bitterness. A beer that starts off well,but ultimately doesn't come off. Still worth a try.
