A cloudy ale with a thick white foam, Saint Cloud is a deliciously fragrant witbier. Fruity esters and phenolics from our Belgian yeast strain vie for your attention alongside citrus characters from orange peel and coriander seed. A gentle bitterness from Wai-iti hops make way for a sublime and refreshing tartness.

Keg draught at the Sheffield Tap. Light yellow golden and clear with a tiny film of white head. Light notes of ground coriander, biscuit, lemon zest. Sweet taste, more coriander, agave syrup, the slightest suggestion of orange peel. Some almost spicy hitterness right at the finish. Slight body with heavy carbonation. It's okay.
