Citra, Sabro and Rakau form the power hop triad in this dotty DDH Pale. Tropical, fruity, sweet and juicy. Don’t Over Think Stuff. It’s Dots of course!

Keg at the Harrogate Tap. Light to mid-gold, hazy with a small uneven white head leaving a reasonable amount of lacing. Neat little aroma of grapefruit, orchard fruit, herbal notes and Advocaat. Taste is balanced with the sweetness quite quickly giving way to a heady bitterness which follows through to the finish. Stodgy little body with carbonation slightly on the soft side. Very different from most pales and worth a try.
