Remember Wingding? Say hello to its b0rked German offspring, fresh for Oktoberfest and Halloween. Bavarian yeast and hops mashed up with Galaxy from down under and a bucket of apricot to create a monster pale that should have stayed strapped to the lab table. Might not cause fear, may inspire love.

Keg draught at Pivni, York. Mid-golden orange with a full ring of off-white head. Floral aroma, some sweet spice, orange peel. Sweetish taste, extremely floral and spicy with some souring citrus in the finish. Light body with carbonation slightly on the heavy side. German pale? I've never tasted a German beer remotely like this. It's a bit of a mess, botanical as fuck, but not altogether terrible once you're prepared for what's coming your way.
