Cask at the Blue Boar, Leicester as part of the 2022 North Yorkshire Festival. Light gold, mostly clear, a foamy white head leaving lots of lacing. Sharp white grapefruit aroma, wood shavings, a little soap. Nicely bitter taste, lots of the grapefruit and berry hop oils resting on the tongue throughout the finish. Not very exciting all in all but a decent enough drink.
