A beautiful hazy pale infused with Rainbow Tea - Earl Grey tea flavoured with bergamot and saffron. The addition of multicoloured flowers (cornflower, sunflower, and rose petals) creates a delicate floral beer, full of fruity flavours.
Created in collaboration with Pride in Belper, this beer is supporting the local community which Shiny Brewery are proud to be a part of.

Gravity cask at the Real Ale Classroom, Stoneygate, Leicester. Mid-gold and hazy with a spotty film of white head. Sweet citrus aroma with some floral and grassy notes. Pleasant if a bit generic. Taste is sweet and juicy with a good dollop of bergamot on the tail end. Light notes of coriander in the aftertaste. Basic haze in a way, but the flavours give it something special without pulling too much focus.
