A careful blend of Japanese and American cones provide the shine in our latest dryhopped American style offering. A clean yeast and unobtrusive grain bill mean ample space for these wonderous essences; namely, Citra, Mosaic, and Sorachi Ace. An unusual combination, but one to be sampled. Vegan, and brewed on our green-powered kit.

Handpull cask at the Doctors Orders, Nottingham. Mid- to dark gold and clear with a thinnish white head. Floral aroma, some Hay with light notes of soft citrus. The taste comes alive with a bitterness that asserts balance almost immediately and a long strong bitter finish. I didn't have have high hopes but this beer nailed it. Nice.
