Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Gravity cask at the Rutland CAMRA Festival, Rutland County Museum, Oakham. Light gold, clear with a loose ring of white head. Bready yeasty aroma, white grapefruit pith. Sweetness in the taste turning to bitter quite quickly and leading to a dry finish. All through there is that odd yeasty character. A fairly typical strong-ish Grainstore beer.
