Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
440ml can from the Tip Inn, Loscoe. Very dark brown, opaque with a little bit of khaki head. Aroma of burnt black malt and some molasses. Sweet taste, more molasses here, with the lightest of fightback with hoppy bitterness. It's subtle, but there's so much going on here. A wonderful example of the style.
