Bag in a box at Real Ale Classroom, Stoneygate, Leicester. 6.8% ABV. Clear mid- to dark gold. Getting intense apple skin sourness in the aroma. Taste a intensely dry with apple skin and oaky character. Medium body, no carbonation. Incredible stuff, seek it out if you can!
