Keg draught at the Real Ale Classroom, Leicester city centre. Lightvyellow hazy with a loose off-white head. Fresh scent of summer berries, soft citrus, a tiny bit of stone fruit. It's in the mouth that this beer really takes off. Sweet with an almost umami note, some white grape, apricot, biscuity malt. Short finish. Light body with heavy carbonation. Starting to really love this brewery.
