Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Mid-gold and murky with a small whitish head. Apple skin, orange peel, sour citrus candy in the aroma. Sweet taste, nice balance vetween the malt and hop, although both of each is big in the mouth. Long finish with chalky sour citrus in the aftertaste. The sort if beer that makes me want to explore the brewery in more depth.
