Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
Cask at Shirlington location. Was poured a dark color, still a bit translucent (like soda), carbonation is quite subdued. Aroma is roasted malts, hops are quite present. Flavor is, extremely hoppy - bitterness is quite low, and there’s a heck of a lot more floral and aromatic notes to this one. Enjoyed.
