This “Polish Style Kolsch” is made with eastern European hops and has just a little more than expected when dealing with a Kolsch.

Color miel / té. Espuma contenida.

12oz bottle tasted on the 27/10/2014. Dark hazy orange colour with a minimal white head. Aroma of malts, fruit and caramel. Taste is sweet at the begining with citrus fruits, caramel and sugar. Aftertaste is no intense and has no rock and roll. The label is horrible. Next one please!

Clear copper color with a medium thick off-white head that recedes gradually. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, caramel and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of grainy malt, toffee and earthy hops. The finish is mildly bitter with a hoppy and fruity aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Bottle. Slightly hazy amber with a white head. Aroma of bread, nuts, cherries (!?). Taste is sweet with prune juice, caramel and cherries. Dries out a little at the end. Some vague citrus. Low bitterness. Manages to be thin and cloying. A pretty ordinary fruity amber. A torpid troll of a beer. [edit] Wikipedia tells me that Dark Horse is a Nickelback album.

Hazy, orange-tinted brown with a short tan head. Aroma of fruit, baked bread. Sweet caramel, bread, spices. Very tasty, but not what I’d call a kolsch.
