Bottle. Pours quite hazy, small off-white head, good lacing. Aroma is melon, pine, some onion. Flavor is the same, light sweet and medium bitter. Medium body, smooth mouthfeel. This was the dud of my last Trillium fix. Apologies to Borken and Felipe that this is the one I saved to share.

Bottled 2/3/16, drunk 3/5/16.
Hazy to almost soupy, deep copper-golden body is topped by a large, but somewhat less-than-Trillium-like retained head. It’s still got a large head initially, but it recedes rather quickly.
Surprisingly tame in the nose for the commercial deScription saying how aggressive this one is. Still lovely with juicy tropical character and lots of grapefruit and pine. But there’s no resin burn or alcohol whatsoever. Malts stay out of the way and I don’t even find the toasted character to disrupt the juiciness and citrus.
Soft, lightly carbonated texture shows maltiness and good attenuation. Carbonation could be a little tighter and true to the appearance, seems less than the creamy, tight, spritziness of usual Trillium offerings. Not all that bitter, with moderate citrus and light pine and a strong, woodsy/dank character with limeskin, ruby red grapefruit. Low on the malt character and no alcohol or flaws.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Tropical fruit and resin aromas. Soft with sharp resin and grapefruit upfront turning to a warm tropical fruit finish.

On tap at the Publick House. Comes to the table a slightly deep golden color with a decent sized head. Aromas of earthy pine resinous hop and hints of citrus. Light bready maltiness rounds this out quite nicely. Lightly bready malt flavor with lots of bright fruity pine and citrus hop flavor. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation. Bright clean fantastic IPA, if there wasn’t so much interesting stuff on the menu I could have sat all night drinking this. Really nice IPA!
