Poured from growler thanks Airforcehops color is brown like raisin with a thin tan head. Aromas of brett yeast caramel toffee and mild fruit. Growler filled at the source 75 minutes ago. Deep brown / muddy reddish color. Aroma is yeast, earthy grain, dried leaves, and the lightest trace of Brettanomyces.
The grain gives an earthy autumnal base with traces of dark fruit. Light the lightest sour tart note in the finish. Carbonation is mild with a lively zip across the palate. Very nice for the style.
