Tap at WTF 4. Pours a cloudy gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is salt, funk, wheat, mineral. Medium body, salt, wheat, light tartness, good.

Tap at the brewery, GABF week 2015. This one was bad. clear yellow. Aroma has problems, some ginger strangely. Some salt in the flavor but an off chemical quality as well, dry finish.

Tap at the.brewery - first, this should totally be listed as a gose - lightly hazy clear gold - soapy lace - subdued nose of light salt, tangy wheat - flavor is quite salty, almost briny on the approach - light smokiness after that - finish is lightly herbal and lightly bitter - simple - not bad, but lacks the complexity of many better examples of the style.

Unclear medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, light citrus, moderate yeasty, yeast, light salty water, light coriander. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, spicy - coriander, yeast, minerals, light salty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. IMO. a Gose. [20121128]
