Ladybird is a Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with vanilla, coconut, and cocao nibs. It’s a well-balanced stout that combines complementary flavors. Aged for 24 months in barrels from Heaven Hill, Woodford Reserve, and Westward Whiskey, Ladybird was crafted from six select barrels, each offering unique flavors like baker’s chocolate, dark honey, and roasted walnuts.

To enhance the profile, we added a blend of traditional and nuanced vanilla beans, rich cocoa nibs, and both toasted and raw coconut. The result is a decadent, full-flavored stout that’s perfectly balanced and a whole lot of fun!
