Keg at Crate during RBESG 2014. It pours clear Amber with a thick white head. The nose is toasty, sweet, doughy, light toast and grain. The taste is crisp, bitter-sweet, doughy, orange peel, grassy, pepper and toasty grain with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent lager.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a clear rich amber with a thin white head. The aroma is creamy malt, leading to a medium bitter flavour, with some smooth malt and bitter hops on the palate and some metallic notes too. If all lagers were like this i’d probably start drinking lager once again!
